(Included in the subscription) Additionally you also receive 40 hours of court representation with unlimited phone consultation, regardless of debt amount, should it be required. (Included in subscription) Your ESP login gives you access 24/7, including a detailed break-down of scheduled payments, and bar graphs that represent all your enrolled debts. You can view cease and desist letters and accept settlement or counter offers as well. ESP is your arbitrator and it will aggressively negotiate better offers as sufficient funds accumulate in a FDIC insured trust account, which only you can control.
A DAAN module is provided for the first 90 days free of charge that prompts creditors and 3rd party collection agencies to redirect their calls to your legal representative. We strive on making every customer know they are part of the team. Our constant exchange of information with you allows us to keep abreast of their concerns on a day to day basis. |
